Workrooms and kitchens should be lit with cooler whites (3500K to 5000K) to promote concentration and energy. Bathrooms need bright lighting (4000K to 5000K) for better visibility when getting ready in the morning. Living rooms and children's rooms should have a mix of colour temperatures so that the lighting can adapt to different activities. For commercial spaces, cool whites (5000K and above) are ideal for highlighting details and creating a modern look.
